Jaclyn Corroto '08 (Softball) was a two-time All-GLIAC performer for the Gannon softball team from 2005 to 2008 and was named to the 2007 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division II All-America Second Team at shortstop. She was a first team All-GLIAC selection in 2007 after setting the NCAA Division II record for longest hitting streak at 39 games. Corroto was also an ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II second team selection as a senior in 2008. She is Gannon's all-time leader in hits (244), runs (158), games played (210), doubles (54) and total bases (348). The shortstop also ranked fifth in program history in stolen bases (47) and sixth in runs batted-in (124). She was instrumental in leading the Golden Knights to three NCAA Tournament bids and Gannon also won the GLIAC Softball Championship in 2007.
