Gannon University Athletics

 
George was an honorary induction for his association with the University which spanned over two decades. A native of Uniontown, Pa., George took over the baseball reigns at Gannon in 1962 and has served the University in this and other capacities continuously since that time. Several of his prospects progressed to the professional ranks including Larry Potash, John Boyles, and Steve Grilli.
