Three Golden Knights finished runner-up and five qualified for the national championships. Gannon's team finish and number of national qualifiers represented the program's most since placing second and qualifying six during the 2010 NCAA Division II East Regional.

- The Golden Knights' six championship semifinalists were their most since at least the 2007-08 season. The program also had all 10 wrestlers still alive after the first day for the first time since at least the 2007-08 campaign. Historical records are incomplete prior to that season.
