Cloudy is expected to compete for playing time at catcher as a senior in 2017.

2016: Played in three games at the Russ-Matt Invitational in Winter Haven, Florida … saw action as a catcher, designated hitter and pinch hitter … named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete … received the NCAA Division II Athletics Directors Association (ADA) Academic Achievement Award … had a two-run single as a pinch hitter during a 15-3 victory against the University of Mary.

2015: Did not play in a varsity game.

2014: Saw action in eight games as a true freshman, starting six … named a PSAC Student-Athlete … drove in a run three times during four at-bats with a runner on third base and less than two outs … made his collegiate debut as a pinch hitter against Ashland at the Russ-Matt Invitational … recorded his first career hit during a 12-9 victory against Indiana (Pa.) ... went 1-for-3 with one run and three RBIs against the Crimson Hawks … drove in his fourth run with a hit at Pitt-Johnstown … ripped his first career double and scored during the next game against the Mountain Cats.

High School: Played for head coach Steve Wright at Buckeye (Ohio) High School … was a four-year letterwinner … served as a team captain … named to the all-conference first team … landed a spot on the Academic All-Conference team … named a Coca-Cola Academic All-American … selected Buckeye’s Defensive Player of the Year … was part of a team that captured the Patriot Athletic Conference title as a senior … helped Buckeye win back-to-back sectional championships … was a member of the high honor roll all four years.

Personal: Business Administration major … is the son of Amy and Scott … has three sisters and one brother … is a member of the Criminal Justice Club, Honors Program, Criminal Justice Honor Society and Dean’s List at Gannon.
