Myott will compete for a spot on the pitching staff … transferred from Jamestown (N.Y.) Community College prior to the 2009 season.

2009: Made four starts during his first season as a Golden Knight … was a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … threw 4 1/3 innings against Lewis (Ill.) during his first start, striking out a season-high five hitters … made starts against Lock Haven, Missouri-St. Louis and Mercyhurst.

At Jamestown Community College: Played for head coach Anthony Barone at Jamestown (N.Y.) Community College … named to the 2008 Region 3 All-Tournament team ... was a NJCAA Academic All-America candidate ... was a member of the Dean's List.

High School: Played for head coach Scott Lewellen at Maple Grove (N.Y.) High School … was a four-time all-conference selection, being named to the first team three times ... landed a spot on the all-conference second team as a freshman … named to the Post-Journal All-Star team as a senior … was a junior on the Maple Grove team which won the division championship.

Personal: History major ... has one sister ... son of Sue and William Myott.
