Colosi returns as one of Gannon’s starting pitchers for the third consecutive season in 2018 … transferred from Niagara County (N.Y.) Community College prior to the 2015-16 academic year.

2017: Saw action on the mound in a team-high 14 games, starting two … received starting assignments during two of his three appearances at the Russ-Matt Invitational in Winter Haven, Florida … came out of the bullpen during his final 11 appearances … earned the decision during a 5-4 win against Kentucky Wesleyan at the Russ-Matt Invitational, tossing 1 2/3 scoreless innings of relief with three strikeouts and no walks … didn’t allow a run during eight of his 12 relief appearances … earned his second victory with a scoreless frame during a 4-3 win against Seton Hill … picked up his first career save during a 9-8 victory at Seton Hill, needing only one pitch out of the bullpen to preserve the win … had scoreless relief outings against Notre Dame (Ohio), California (Pa.), Mercyhurst and twice against Slippery Rock … ended the season with three consecutive scoreless outings, striking out five and walking only one in 2 1/3 innings.

2016: Made nine appearances during his first season as a Golden Knight, starting eight … posted a 3-2 record … struck out 37 hitters in 34 innings of work … helped Gannon earn a 5-3 record during his eight starts … made his Gannon debut during an 11-7 home victory against Lake Erie … received his first start as a Golden Knight during a 4-0 home shutout of Indiana (Pa.), tossing a three-hit shutout through 4 2/3 innings … struck out six and walked two against the Crimson Hawks … improved to 2-0 with 3 1/3 innings of action during his next start against Pitt-Johnstown … received a no decision after throwing four shutout innings during a 1-0 victory against nationally-ranked Seton Hill, scattering three hits and striking out six … struck out at least four hitters in a game five times … punched out a season-high eight hitters during a 17-5 win at Clarion.

At Niagara County: Played for head coach Matt Clingersmith … was the teammate of former Golden Knights teammate Ryan Hancy and current teammate as well as brother Mike … went 6-0 as a freshman with a no-hitter … helped Niagara County advance to the regional final four twice.

High School: Played for head coach Joseph Contento at Niagara Falls (N.Y.) High School … was a three-year letterwinner … named to the all-league first team twice … was a two-time all-area selection … pitched a no-hitter as a junior … produced a 6-0 record during his junior campaign … helped Niagara Falls advance to the sectional championship game.

Personal: History major … is the son of Julie and Joe … has two brothers, including teammate Mike.
