RICHMOND, Va. – The Gannon men's swimming team has been recognized as a 2026 College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team, presented by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps, for its outstanding academic success during the Spring 2026 semester.

The CSCAA Scholar All-America Team program recognizes collegiate swimming and diving teams that achieve a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or higher during the semester. This spring, 714 teams representing 16,680 student-athletes from 418 institutions across all collegiate divisions earned the distinction.

The Golden Knights posted a 3.59 team grade point average during the spring semester to earn the national honor. Gannon's men's team included 22 student-athletes and was one of 714 teams from 418 institutions recognized by the CSCAA.

The national recognition comes after another exceptional year in the classroom for the Golden Knights. During the 2025-26 academic year, Gannon led the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference with a 3.547 cumulative team GPA, the highest among all PSAC men's swimming programs. The Golden Knights were also one of four Gannon teams to lead the conference in team GPA during the academic year.

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America is the nation's first organization of college swimming and diving coaches. The Scholar All-America Team program recognizes programs that have demonstrated excellence in the classroom by maintaining a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or higher during the semester.
