THE KNIGHT CAP
•All-PSAC: Nikita Poparcea delivered the lone all-PSAC performance of the night. Swimming in the 100 freestyle, Poparcea clocked a 44.90, good for second. He was just shy of the top spot of the podium.
• Swimming Free: The women were strong in the 100 freestyle. Mariia Melnyk (Kyiv, Ukraine/Education Center Optima) secured fifth, going 51 seconds flat. Meanwhile, Amari Ash (Tacarigua, Trinidad and Tobago/Northgate College, Tacarigua) was 21st in the C final in her first PSAC Championship meet.
• Other Results: In the 200 backstroke, Will Retsch (Allison Park, Pa./Hampton) was seventh in the A final ...
