It's the start of a western road trip for Gannon Acrobatics & Tumbling this upcoming week, with a visit to Augustana (Sioux Falls, SD) on the horizon for Monday, March 3rd. 

This is the first ever matchup between the Golden Knights and Vikings. GU is coming off a 246.785-239.395 defeat to Fairmont State, while Augustana has only had one contest this season, a 261.300-144.675 win over Missouri State. Gannon picked up their first two wins of the season on February 14th, defeating Buffalo State & Trine in a tri-meet.

"We're looking forward to our upcoming spring break trip against Augustana & Oregon," said head coach Brandy Duren. Both meets will be fun, close scoring, and exciting. We hope to obtain a win on the road to bring back to Erie with us."

The Golden Knights hope that Sioux Falls becomes a home away from home this season. Augustana University will host the NCATA National Championships later this year between April 24th & 27th.

Gannon aims to secure its third win of the season and hand the Vikings their first loss of the campaign.
