GOLF COURSE: Bedford Valley Golf Club | Augusta, Mich.
RESULTS

The Gannon men's golf team returns to action this weekend in Michigan as it prepares for the upcoming PSAC Championships.

GU will compete in the two-day Davenport University Panther Invitational on Saturday and Sunday at Bedford Valley Golf Club in Augusta, Mich. Twelve other teams and a field of about 70 players are expected to compete.

The Golden Knights' A Team has won three consecutive tournaments, including the Howard "Bud" Elwell Invitational on Monday and Tuesday at Whispering Woods Golf Club. Thanks in large part to redshirt sophomore Rasmus Seppanen's (Bastad, Sweden/Akademi Bastad Gymnasium) nine-stroke victory, Gannon claimed a 26-stroke victory in the two-day, 36-hole tournament. Seppanen finished with a 10-under-par 134 after shooting back-to-back 67s.

Gannon is tuning up for the PSAC Championships, which will be held Oct. 18-20 at Iron Valley Golf Club in Lebanon, Pa.
