  • Series Notes: Gannon has won 17 consecutive games against Clarion and leads the all-time series 34-14. The Lady Knights will be looking for their eighth consecutive season sweep of the Golden Eagles after posting a 73-59 victory at the Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium during the 2015-16 season opener. Gannon has never lost to Clarion since joining the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) prior to the 2008-09 academic year. The Lady Knights have won eight consecutive home games against the Golden Eagles. Clarion's last victory in the series was a 72-50 win at the Hammermill Center on February 25, 1995.

  • Gannon went 1-of-12 from three-point range and turned the ball over 22 times during a 53-47 loss at Indiana (Pa.) last Saturday. Senior Jennie Thies (Lakewood, N.Y./Southwestern) recorded her third consecutive double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds. The contest was tied at 36 after three quarters, before the Crimson Hawks produced a 17-11 scoring edge during the final quarter.
