Three members of the Gannon University women's basketball program have been named to the 2025–26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team, recognizing their excellence both academically and on the court.
The CSC Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Team honors the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's basketball honorees across four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
To be eligible for Academic All-District® honors, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and either compete in 90 percent of their team's games or start in at least 66 percent of contests.
Academic All-District® qualifiers advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot, with honorees announced on April 15, 2026.
Gannon's selections played a key role in a 29-5 overall season, as the Golden Knights advanced to the PSAC Championship game and reached the NCAA Atlantic Regional Semifinal.

- Jordan Popyk (Novi, Mich./Novi) – Biology, 4.00 GPA
- Tori Mayes (Lake City, Pa./Cathedral Prep) – Nursing, 3.81 GPA
- Mia Slater (Canberra, Australia/Canberra Grammar School) – Public Service and Global Affairs, 3.75 GPA
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures, while the NAIA program is supported through the NAIA governance structure.
