  • Indiana (Pa.) received a PSAC Tournament first-round bye with a second-place finish in the Western Division.
  • The Crimson Hawks were in contention for the division's top seed on the final day, needing a victory at Seton Hill combined with other outcomes. The squad's loss at Seton Hill on the final day proved meaningless in regards to the PSAC Tournament though because California (Pa.) defeated Edinboro.
  • Indiana (Pa.) has definitely been a different team at the Kovalchick Complex, producing a 12-1 record. In contrast, the Crimson Hawks are 7-6 on the road.
  • IUP won the PSAC Western Division last season, but fell to West Chester in the 2015 semifinals.
  • The Crimson Hawks have won four PSAC Tournament Championships, including three straight from 2007-09.
