The Short Story – The Gannon men's swim team fell to Bloomsburg on Saturday evening at the Nelson Field House Pool, falling 117-85. 13 Gannon swimmers had Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) qualifying times.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• 13 Golden Knights had PSAC qualifying times, while Denys Fedorchenko had two first place finishes.
• Sam Miseyka, Mike Weiser and Matt Loughner went three, four and five in the 50-yard freestyle with times of .21.81, .22.57 and .22.64 all good enough for the PSAC.
• Nils Groeppler, Noah Donovan and Javier Ruisanchez all had conference qualifying times in the 200-yard butterfly.
• Allan Collins took home two PSAC qualifying times, one in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:48.75, and in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of .49.90.
• Ryan Carter took home third in the 200-yard freestyle and qualified for the PSAC with a time of 1:48.42.
• Dionisio Carey and Maciej Skrzypczak both had PSAC times in the 200-yard backstroke with times of 2:04.29 and 2:04.40 and took home third and fourth place finishes.
