FRIDAY STORYLINES
  • Gannon dropped out of the nation's top spot this week for the first time in a month, being ranked No. 5 in the lastest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Top 25 Poll. The Lady Knights were ranked No. 1 in the previous four polls, representing the first No. 1 ranking in the program's 29-year history.
  • Both programs come into the PSAC semifinal match-up with NCAA Tournament aspirations. Gannon has been the region's top-ranked team in the first three NCAA Division II Atlantic regional rankings.
