KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For Gannon's Ella Fadale (Brockport, N.Y./Brockport) hard work and perseverance paid off as a senior. Fadale today was named to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches All-American Team, earning a spot on the second team.

This is the latest award for the senior midfielder. Earlier in the week she was selected to the D2CCA All-American First Team. She helped Gannon finish with a 16-3-2 record. The Golden Knights reached the second round of the NCAA Div. II Atlantic Regional.

Fadale overcame a serious injury late in the 2023 season to enjoy the finest season of her career. She led Gannon with 16 goals, adding an assist for a team-high 33 points. She also had a team-high five game-winning goals. She finished second in the PSAC and tied for eighth nationally in goals and was tied for 15th in total points.
