Five Golden Knights Earn United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region Honors

Fadale, Respecki and Robertson named to first team

ERIE, Pa. – The United Soccer Coaches today announced its 2025 Women's Soccer All-Atlantic Region Teams with Gannon well represented on the Atlantic Region team. Five Golden Knights earned All-Atlantic Region honors – three on the first team and two more on the second team.

Ella Fadale (Brockport, N.Y./Brockport), Brooklyn Respecki (McKean, Pa./General McLane) and Destiny Robertson were accorded first team honors while Grace Emanuel (Erie, Pa./McDowell) and Morgan Sinan (Cranberry Twp., Pa./Seneca Valley) earned spots on the second team. Gannon recently finished the season with a 16-3-2 record, advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Fadale put together a fantastic senior season and earlier in the day was named to the D2CCA All-American first team. The midfielder led Gannon with 16 goals, adding an assist for a team-high 33 points. She also had a team-high five game-winning goals. She finished second in the PSAC and tied for eighth nationally in goals and was tied for 15th in total points.

Fadale's 16 goals rank third in a season, two shy of the school record while the 33 points are tied for seventh. She concluded her career tied for fifth in career goals (34) while standing seventh in career points (73).

The native of Brockport, N.Y. is a three-time All-PSAC West honoree and was named the 2022 PSAC West Freshman of the Year. She previously earned second team United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region honors in 2022.

Respecki, a junior forward, is now a three-time United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region selection. She went on to earn third team All-American honors as a freshman in 2023. She is also a three-time first team All-PSAC West honoree.

Despite missing three matches, Respecki finished second on the team in scoring with 10 goals and eight assists for 28 points. Along with fellow junior Emanuel she continues to climb up the career records charts. Respecki is now fourth in career goals (37), third in career assists (33), and fourth in career points (107).

Robertson is a repeat performer on the United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region Team, earning second team honors last year. She was the 2024 PSAC West Defender of the Year and a second team All-PSAC choice this fall. The senior defender spearheaded a Gannon backline that allowed just 18 goals while recording nine shutouts.

Emanuel is a three-time United Soccer Coaches first team All-Atlantic Region performer who also earned All-PSAC West honors for the third time this year. Earlier in the day she was named to the D2CCA All-American third team after earning first team honors as a freshman in 2023 and again in 2024.

As a junior she finished with six goals and a team-high 10 assists to rank third on the team with 22 points. She had three game-winning goals. She was tied for eighth in Division II in assists and was tied for the PSAC lead. The 10 assists are tied for fifth in a season at Gannon.

Emanuel enters her senior season ranked sixth in career points (86), along with standing seventh in career goals (33) and eighth in career assists (20).

Sinan departs with the career records for wins in goal with 48 and most career shutouts with 19. The senior finished with a 15-3-2 record with five shutouts this season, although she took part in four additional shutouts. She had a 0.78 GAA.

This is the third year in a row Sinan has been named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region second team at goalkeeper. She is a three-time All-PSAC West honoree, earning first team honors in 2024 and 2025 and second team in 2023.
