Fadale, Emanuel Named D2CCA All-Americans

Fadale named to first team, Emanuel selected to third team

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) today announced its Women's Soccer All-America teams following the 2025 season. After another highly-successful season the Gannon women's soccer team was well-represented with two players earning All-American accolades.
 
Ella Fadale (Brockport, N.Y./Brockport) was selected to the first team, one of four midfielder named to the first team. She was joined by fellow midfielder Grace Emanuel (Erie, Pa./McDowell), who is now a three-time D2CCA All-American. Gannon was one of eight teams to lead the way with two All-American selections. The duo helped Gannon finish with a 16-3-2 record. The Golden Knights reached the second round of the NCAA Div. II Atlantic Regional.
 
Catawba College junior forward Bree Ehmer was voted the Ron Lenz Women's Soccer National Player of the Year.
 
A senior, Fadale enjoyed the finest season of her career. She led Gannon with 16 goals, adding an assist for a team-high 33 points. She also had a team-high five game-winning goals. She finished second in the PSAC and tied for eighth nationally in goals and was tied for 15th in total points.
 
Fadale's 16 goals rank third in a season, two shy of the school record while the 33 points are tied for seventh. She concluded her career tied for fifth in career goals (34) while standing seventh in career points (73).
 
The native of Brockport, N.Y. is a three-time All-PSAC West honoree and was named the 2022 PSAC West Freshman of the Year. This was the first year she earned D2CCA All-Atlantic Region accolades.
 
Emanuel lands on the D2CCA third team after earning first team honors as a freshman in 023 and again in 2024. She is also a three-time first team All-PSAC West selection.
 
As a junior the native of Erie, Pa, finished with six goals and a team-high 10 assists to rank third on the team with 22 points. She had three game-winning goals. She was tied for eighth in Division II in assists and was tied for the PSAC lead. The 10 assists are tied for fifth in a season at Gannon.
 
Emanuel enters her senior season ranked sixth in career points (86), along with standing seventh in career goals (33) and eighth in career assists (20).
