ERIE, Pa. - The No. 24 Gannon women's soccer team will look to snap a two-game skid late in the season when they host the Clarion Golden Eagles on Saturday afternoon at Gannon University Field with the kickoff set for 2 p.m. Prior to the match, head coach Colin Petersen and the Lady Knights will honor five seniors in celebration of Senior Day. The seniors include Sarah Geffel (Apollo, Pa. / Kiski Area), Maddi Buckham (Copley, Ohio / Copley), Anna Colaizzo (Erie, Pa. / McDowell), Erin Resosky (Mars, Pa. / Mars Area) and Annie Walbridge (Erie, Pa. / McDowell).

GAME NOTES 
- Prior to the match, the Lady Knights will honor Buckham, Colaizzo, Geffel, Resosky and Walbridge. To date, they have collectively worn the Maroon and Gold in 163 matches with a 34-24-10 overall mark (.574) and 27-20-8 (.564) record in conference play.  
- In the NCAA Division II Atlantic regional rankings released on Oct. 23, the Lady Knights are currently fourth. In matches versus the remaining top teams in the regional rankings, the Lady Knights are 3-1 overall. The Lady Knights collected wins against top-regionally ranked Slippery Rock, second-ranked Shippensburg, and fifth-ranked Millersville with their lone loss coming against third-ranked California (Pa.).  
- For the fourth consecutive week, the Lady Knights held on to their spot among the nation's top-25 teams despite dropping nine spots. In the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Top 25 Poll released on Oct. 22, the Lady Knights were ranked 24th.
- The last two contests between the Lady Knights and Golden Eagles have ended in 1-1 double-overtime draws.
- Sophomore Mani Brueckner (Valencia, Pa. / Mars Area) remains atop the conference and national individual rankings in total assists (13) and assists per game (1.00). Brueckner also leads the PSAC in total points (27) and points per game (2.08). Nationally, the sophomore ranks 14th in total points and 13th in points per game.

GAME NOTES 
- In recent action, Clarion dropped a 1-0 loss to visiting Mercyhurst in double overtime on Oct. 22. The Golden Eagles have dropped their last two matches.
- This season, the Golden Eagles are 1-4-2 on the road. The Golden Eagles' lone win came in the season-opening weekend with a 3-0 win over Pitt-Johnstown.  
- The Golden Eagles goalkeeper Laura Saussol has logged all 1332:10 of play for the Golden Eagles this season. Saussol currently leads the PSAC in both saves per game (8.9) and total saves (124), and ranks second in save percentage (.867). Saussol ranks fifth in the nation in saves per game, fourth in total saves and 35th in save percentage.
- Saussol's performance between the pipes has placed the Golden Eagles among the nation's top-20 teams in two categories. The team ranks 20th in saves per game and ninth in save percentage.
