ERIE, Pa. - The No.15 Gannon women's soccer team will host the Edinboro Fighting Scots on Wednesday evening at Gannon University Field at 7 p.m. Tied for second-place in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), the Lady Knights will face a Fighting Scots' squad that is tied for fifth place. Each team enters the contest with a streak on the line. For the Lady Knights it is their seven-game regular season win streak at home, while the Fighting Scots enter the match riding a six-game unbeaten streak.

Mani Brueckner (Valencia, Pa. / Mars Area) recorded consecutive seven-point performances including five goals and four assists.
- In her second seven-point performance, Brueckner led the Lady Knights' offense with two goals and a career-high three assists in the win, en route to becoming the all-time career assists leader (25) in program history.
- For the second time this season, Brueckner was named the Disney Soccer/National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) NCAA Division II Women's Player of the Week on Oct. 15.
- Beyond national honors, Brueckner also earned her fourth career Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Women's Soccer Player of the Week for her performances.
- Brueckner leads the PSAC and nation in both assists per game (1.09) and total assists (12). Among additional national rankings, she is eighth in points per game (2.36) and ninth in total points (26).
- In the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Top 25 Poll released on Oct. 15, the Lady Knights moved up four spots into 15th in the nation. The Lady Knights remained second in the latest NSCAA Atlantic regional rankings.
