ERIE, Pa. - The sixth-ranked Gannon women's basketball team concludes Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) crossover play this weekend with a pair of road games. The Lady Knights travel to Cheyney Friday, January 11 for a special 1 p.m. matinee. The squad then finishes the trip Saturday, January 12 at West Chester with a 5:30 p.m. tip time. Both contests can be heard live on Jet Radio 1400.
Gannon (13-1, 7-0 PSAC) rides a 12-game win streak into the road trip. It marks the program's longest win streak since the 2009-10 NCAA Division II Final Four squad rattled off 37 consecutive wins. The Lady Knights have won 16 straight games when leading at halftime and 12 consecutive regular-season home contests dating back to last season.

USA Today Sports Division II Coaches' Poll. The Lady Knights have been ranked among the nation's top 25 for 17 consecutive polls dating back to last season. The squad is 3-1 against top-25 teams and has defeated two programs listed among others receiving votes at the time of competition.
Sophomore
Brittany Batts ranks third among all NCAA Division II players in three-point field goals per game (3.5) and eighth in three-point field goal percentage (48.0). Junior
Kelley Sundberg is listed 18th nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.23) and 19th in assists per game (5.3).
Cheyney (0-10, 0-7) has dropped its first 10 games of the season and 42 straight dating back to the 2010-11 campaign. The Wolves went 0-26 last season. Cheyney's last victory was a 74-66 home win against East Stroudsburg on February 5, 2011.
West Chester (7-4, 4-3) enters Friday's game against Mercyhurst with a 4-1 road record and a 3-3 home mark. Meghan Kerrigan ranks second among all NCAA Division II players in assist-to-turnover ratio (3.07) and Alex Lennon is third nationally in blocked shots per game (3.55).
