ERIE, Pa. - The Gannon men's soccer team begins a stretch of four straight conference matches to close out the 2012 season by hosting California (Pa.) Tuesday evening at Gannon University Field. The match is set for a 6:30 p.m. start time.

• Gannon has reached double-digit wins for the 11th time during head coach Rob van Rheenen's 16 seasons. In just two of the last eight seasons, did the Golden Knights fail to reach 10 wins or more.
• Four different Golden Knights have earned PSAC Player of the Week honors this season including Sean Pike, Alex Perri, Robbie Bennett and Jason Barbarino.
• Five different Golden Knights have reached double-digit points this season, marking the first time since the 2007 season that five student-athletes have recorded double-digit points in the same season.
• Gannon is undefeated at home this season with a 6-0 record. The Golden Knights' last loss at Gannon University Field came on October 8, 2011 against East Stroudsburg (2-1).
• Keeper Jason Barbarino's six shutouts this season tie him for sixth on Gannon's single-season list. The junior ranks 12th nationally in save percentage (.843) and 19th in total saves (59) as of the national rankings last week (10/7).
• Six of Gannon's 11 wins this season have come against opponents regionally-ranked at the time. (Lock Haven - 5th, Shepherd - 4th, Bloomsburg - 7th, Millersville - 5th, West Chester - 8th, Wheeling Jesuit - 5th).

• The Vulcans have won six of their last seven matches after opening the season with a 2-5 record.
• California (Pa.) had their five-match winning streak snapped with a 1-1 double-overtime tie with East Stroudsburg on Saturday. Prior to that, California (Pa.) had rolled off six straight wins, out-scoring their opponents 24-4 during the run.
• California (Pa.) ranks sixth in the latest NSCAA regional rankings.
• The Vulcans have featured three different starting goalies this season. Mitch Mack has started each of the last three contests, recording shutouts in two of those matches.
• Tuesday's contest will feature nine local products between California (3) and Gannon (6). The Golden Knights boast three student-athletes from from Cathedral Prep and one from each Mercyhurst Prep, Harbor Creek and McDowell. The Vulcans claim two Cathedral Prep grads and one Harbor Creek grad.
• Gannon leads the all-time series 11-4, but the Vulcans picked up the win last season with a 2-1 victory.
