ERIE, Pa.- The Gannon women's water polo team dropped a 12-7 decision to #19 Indiana Friday at the Carneval Athletic Pavilion. 

IU (14-14, 5-1 CWPA) led 5-2 after one period and then scored twice in the second period to take a 7-4 halftime edge. GU was outscored again in the third, falling behind 11-5. 

The Lady Knights had five different players score, as Colleen Harriger (Erie, Pa./McDowell) and Kendra Plackemeier (Bonsall, Calif./Fallbrook) each had two goals. Ashley McLellan (Erie, Pa./McDowell), Molly Andrews (Tustin, Calif./Tustin), and Annie Greenhill (Brea, Calif./Brea Olinda) had one score apiece. 

The Knights are 9-6 overall and 4-2 in the CWPA. They will play at Mercyhurst Saturday, April 4, in their regular season finale. The match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
