ERIE, Pa. - The Gannon women's basketball team shot a red-hot 62.1 percent (18-29) from the field in the second half and picked up its first-ever Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division victory Saturday afternoon with a 77-62 victory over Clarion at the Hammermill Center.

The Lady Knights extended their lead to 21-4 at the 8:40 mark, before Golden Eagles rallied and cut the deficit to six points on three different occassions in the final 2:24 of the half.
