2022: Emerged as one of the top defensive players in the PSAC while earning honorable mention Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-American honors … was also named to the D2CCA All-Super Region 1 second team and was a first team All-PSAC West selection at defensive back … is now a two-time All-PSAC West honoree … started all 11 games as a hybrid defensive back in a defense geared for his talents … was one of only two players in Division II with 90 tackles and four interceptions … led the team in tackles with 91, including 53 solo, from his rover position in the 3-3 alignment … had 2.5 TFL while leading the team in interceptions (4) and passes broken up with seven … was twice named the PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week, following wins over Charleston (WV) (9/1/22) and Edinboro (10/8/22) … opened the season with 12 tackles, nine solo, vs. Charleston, along with forcing a fumble and breaking up a pass … had six tackles, three passes broken up and a pair of interceptions at Edinboro … had three games with 10-or-more tackles, including a career-high 16 against West Chester, tied for the 11
th-highest total at Gannon … finished with 10 tackles at California (Pa.) and came up with the game-saving interception late in the game … with Cal driving in search of the winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter, Farnsworth intercepted a pass at the GU 17 and returned it 41 yards with just under three minutes to play.
2021: Started all 11 games at safety and was the mainstay of a young secondary … finished second on the team in tackles in first season as a starter, totaling 74 tackles, including a team-high 53 solo stops … had four TFL, tied for the team lead with two interceptions, and was second on the Knights with six passes broken up … had a pair of games with double-figure tackles, recording a career-high 11 tackles vs. Slippery Rock, all solo, and 10 hits at Northwood … totaled 8 tackles vs. Shepherd … broke up three passes at Indiana(Pa.) and had two breakups at East Stroudsburg.
2020: Appeared in two games on special teams for the Golden Knights.
