At Central Washington: Spent the 2021 season at Central Washington helping the Wildcats to an 8-3 record … team earned a berth in the NCAA Division II Playoffs, losing to fourth-ranked Northwest Missouri State in the first round … appeared in 10 games, finishing with 28 tackles, including 18 solo … had 2 TFL for 17 yards and a sack along with a fumble recovery and a blocked kick … had a season-high 9 stops at Eastern Washington … recorded sack in win against Simon Fraser … recovered a fumble and returned it 45 yards for a touchdown against Lincoln.
 
2020: Appeared in all four games, making two starts in the defensive backfield … finished third on the team with 25 tackles, including 12 solo … ranked second in Division II with two blocked kicks on the year … notched an interception in the season-ending overtime victory over Mercyhurst, and added two breakups … had a season-high 10 tackles against the Lakers.
 
At Gavilan JC: Played in 2017 and 2019 at Galvin JC in Gilroy, Calif. … in 2019, played in seven games, recording 34 tackles, 2 interceptions, 6 pass breakups, 2 blocked kicks and a forced fumble … also spent time on offense, rushing seven times for 52 yards and catching 5 passes for 157 yards … in 2017 played in all 10 games, recording 43 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and 5 pass breakups.

High School: Played at Pioneer High School in San Jose, California for head coach Eric Perry … was an All-Conference honoree and was twice named the Most Outstanding Defensive Back … in addition to football played baseball.
 
Personal: Working on Master’s Degree of Physician Assistant with a minor in Business Administration … son of Michelle and Erik Wiitanen … has two brothers (Daniel and Jayde).
