Expected to compete at 157 or 165 for the third consecutive season at Gannon … transferred from rival Mercyhurst prior to the 2011-12 campaign.

2012-13: Did not wrestle.

2011-12: Won seven overall matches with two pins during his first season at Gannon … ranked 11th among Golden Knights in total victories … was one of six Gannon wrestlers to recorded multiple wins … finished fifth in the 157-pound division at the PSAC Championships, winning three of five matches … recorded his lone major decision of the season against Mercyhurst’s Ryan Martini at the conference championships … produced his first pin while wrestling at 165 against Seton Hill’s Kurt McCamley, ending the match in one minute and 46 seconds … added a second pin during his second match at the NCAA Division II Super Regional One, taking down Mercyhurst’s Josh Shields in four minutes and 49 seconds … finished fourth at the regional event with a 3-2 record, becoming one of three Golden Knights to qualify for the NCAA Division II National Championships.

At Mercyhurst: Posted a 12-15 overall record as a freshman … earned five dual wins … finished 4-2 as a sophomore with one dual win.

High School: Wrestled for head coach Keith Gepthart at Serra Catholic (Pa.) High School … was a two-time state place winner.

Personal: Nursing major … is the son of Wendy and Kurt … has two sisters and one brother.
