2014-15: Finished 16-16 overall while wrestling at both 157 and 165 … tied for the team lead in pins (5) … was fourth among Golden Knights in overall victories … began the season with a 10-10 record in the 157-pound weight class … finished seventh at the Mount Union Invitational with a 4-2 record … pinned Lake Erie’s Hunter Turner in 4:17 during the second round of the championship bracket … defeated Wheeling Jesuit’s Peyton Geary 6-2 in the seventh-place match … won three of five bouts at the Ashland Open, including a 10-3 victory against Mercyhurst’s Mason McCollum … placed eighth at the Midwest Classic with a 3-3 mark … won three consecutive matches after an opening setback, including a 13-4 major decision against King’s Travis Edwards during his first wrestleback match … split four matches at the Purple Raider Open during his first action of the season at 165 … pinned Mount Union’s Brandon Pavlich in 4:13 and knocked off Ryan Therrien of NCAA Division I Buffalo at the Purple Raider Open … finished fourth at the Jamestown Jayhawk Open with a 2-2 record, ending both victories with a pin … defeated Therrien for a second time at the Edinboro Open, recording a pin in 72 seconds … finished 6-6 during his 165-pound action.
2013-14: Went 10-7 overall and 3-3 in dual action at 157 … was one of nine Golden Knights to reach double digits in victories … kicked off the season with four victories in six matches at the Mercyhurst Open … won four consecutive matches in the wrestlebacks after dropping his first bout … began the run with a 20-5 technical fall against Alderson Broaddus’ Brian Ohl … followed with one-point victories against Sean Houghton of Ashland (4-3), Roman Perryman of NCAA Division I West Virginia (4-3) and Daniel Carpenter of West Liberty (5-4) .. won the 157-pound title at the Mount Union Invitational with a perfect 3-0 record … advanced to the finals with wins against Carpenter (16-9) and Lake Erie’s Nathan Bell (7-6) … defeated Seton Hill’s Zach Voytek 5-3 during the title match … secured his first career dual victory with a 13-8 decision against Belmont Abbey’s Jake Glunt at the Mid-Atlantic Duals … added dual wins against East Stroudsburg and Shippensburg … finished the season 4-0 in one-point decisions.
2012-13: Redshirted … went 1-6 while wrestling unattached at the Mercyhurst Open, Franklin & Marshall Open and Edinboro Open … began the season with a 1-2 mark as a 157-pounder at the Mercyhurst Open … defeated Seton Hill’s Tyler Mohlenhrich 13-6 during his first match of the wrestlebacks for his lone win of the season … competed at 165 during the Franklin & Marshall Open and Edinboro Open.
High School: Wrestled for head coach Shawn Scannel at Absegami (N.J.) High School …was a two-time Region 8 qualifier … won the District 32 championship as a junior, before finishing as the runner-up during his senior campaign … was a two-time Colt Classic champion … placed fourth at the Mustang Classic as a senior and fifth as a junior … helped Absegami win the district championship as a junior … was a member of the merit roll.
