BEDFORD, PA - Just one round remains in the regular season, and the Golden Knights are right in the thick of the top spot at the Bedford Spring Intercollegiate. Gannon is tied for sixth, but is just one shot out of third and six out of first with 18 holes to play.

Three players are inside the top 20 for the Golden Knights, including Rasmus Seppanen (Bastad, Sweden/Akademi Bastad Gymnasium) - who was GU's top finisher a week ago.

THE KNIGHTCAP - GANNON's TOP FOUR

Rasmus Seppanen (Bastad, Sweden/Akademi Bastad Gymnasium) - The Swede had four birdies in the opening round on Monday, including two on the first nine holes, the par four sixth and the par five ninth. he would finish an even par 37 on the front nine and card two more birdies (13th, 17th) on the back. Seppanen had a birdie on all three hole formats (par three, four, and five) on Monday. He is 13th at two-over par.

Mario Estevez (Gijón, Spain/Colegio Montedeva de Gijón) - A stroke and a half better than his season average, Estevez shot a three-over 75 on Monday to finish tied for 20th alongside teammate Giovanni Delorenzi (Reggio Emilia, Italy/International School of Modena). Estevez would shake off a bogey at the first with a birdie at the par five fifth that played 611 yards in the opening round. He would also birdie the 14th and 17th holes to shoot an even 35 heading back towards the clubhouse.

Giovanni Delorenzi (Reggio Emilia, Italy/International School of Modena) (Reggio Emilia, Italy/International School of Modena) - Also tied for 20th, Delorenzi would par his first three holes of the day, along with holes 6-8 to shoot a 40 on the front. However, his back nine was superb, as he birdied the short par three 11th (124 yards) and carded an even 35 on the final nine holes.

Jacob Wolak (Slippery Rock, Pa./Slippery Rock Area) -  Wolak found a red number on the par four sixth, carding a birdie and shooting 39 on the front.
