KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Gannon University's Pace Prosser (Berlin, Pa./Berlin Brothersvalley) has been named to the Bevo Francis Top 100 Watch List for the 2025-26 season. The National Awards Committee and Small College Basketball announced the Top 100 Watch List that consists of some of the top players from NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, USCAA and NCCAA.

The Clarence "Bevo" Francis Award is presented annually to the player who has had the finest overall season within Small College Basketball. Considerations include season statistics and individual achievements, awards, personal character and team achievements. It is an incredibly prestigious award, as this award will only be given to one player within Small College Basketball per season. 2026 marks the tenth year of the Bevo Francis Award.

Prosser is a 6-foot-2 sophomore from Berlin, Pa. After an outstanding freshman campaign that saw him earn second team All-PSAC West honors and named the PSAC Tournament Most Valuable Player, Prosser has picked up where he left off. He has led Gannon to a 14-2 start. The Golden Knights are ranked 13th in the latest NABC Division II Top 25.

Prosser typically stuffs the stat sheet each game, leading the team in scoring, assists and steals while ranking among the leaders in rebounds. He has the ability to knife to the basket or bomb away from beyond the arc along with finding a teammate with a pinpoint pass.

After averaging 14.3 ppg a year ago he has boosted that figure to 15.6 ppg. while adding 5.1 rpg., good for fourth on the team. Prosser has team highs in assists (71) and steals (35) while committing just 35 turnovers. He is also a deadly free-throw shooter at 88.4 percent (61-of-69), the top figure in the PSAC. He ranks second in the PSAC in steals per game (2.2), fourth in assists per game (4.4), and seventh in assist/turnover ratio (+2.0).

On February 15th, the list will be reduced to the Top 50 players. One month later on March 15th, the Top 25 players will be announced. The finalists and Bevo Francis Award winner announcement release date is TBD. More information will be available in the coming months.
