After another dominant weekend on the mat, Gannon's Grant MacKay (New Castle, Pa./Laurel) has been named the PSAC Wrestler of the Week. MacKay went 4-0 to capture the 165-pound title at the Bob Del Rosa Ohio Open, marking his second straight individual tournament championship after also winning the Mount Union Invitational the previous week.

MacKay opened the tournament with a 16-1 tech fall, followed by an 11-1 major decision in the quarterfinals. He secured a pin in the semifinals and closed out the bracket with a 12-0 shutout in the championship match. His performance also helped guide the Golden Knights to their second team title of the season.

Gannon returns to competition on Sunday, November 23, at the Fairmont State Quad, facing Salem at 12:00 PM and Frostburg State at 1:30 PM.
