ERIE, PA – The Gannon women's swimming team fell, 115-89, to rival Edinboro on Senior night in a meet that featured several competitive battles.

After a close second place finish in the 400 medley relay & 1000 freestyle, Chenay Date Line (Johannesburg, South Africa/Crawford College Sandton) (1:59.58) took home gold in her senior night meet.

1:01.66 was the winning time for Hannah Jacobs (Johannesburg, South Africa/) in the 100 yard butterfly. She claimed the top spot in a near flawless race.

Speaking of flawless, Maddie Myers got out to an early lead in the 500 freestyle and never looked back. Her 5:14:04 was good for a top podium finish.

Gannon ended the evening with a second place finish in the 200 freestyle relay.

The Golden Knights travel to Ithaca Saturday at 1:00 pm for their final regular season meet.
