It was a sprint to the finish on day one of the 2025 PSAC Championship swimming meet. Traveling to York, PA, the Golden Knights saw several swimmers earn a spot in the final heats of Monday's action. Here are the full results from the first day finals:
Madalyn Myers (Murrysville, Pa./Franklin Regional) – 1,000 Freestyle – "A" Final – (15th, 10:57.82)
Isabella Dietz (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) – 200 IM – "C" Final - (1st in heat - 17th overall, 2:12.30)
Hannah Jacobs (Johannesburg, South Africa/) – 200 IM – "C" Final - (5th in heat, 21st overall, 2:12.92)
Juliana Romero (Bogotá, Columbia/Colegio pureza de Maria) – 200 IM – "C" Final - (8th in heat, 24th overall, 2:15.14)
Alex Pannemann (Clinton Twp., Mich./Chippewa Valley) – 50 Freestyle  – "C" Final - (1st in heat, 17th overall, 23.97 (PR))
Lily Cunningham (Lavista, Neb./Papillion-La Vista) – 50 Freestyle  – "C" Final - (4th in heat, 20th overall, 24.45)

The Golden Knights will continue championship competition tomorrow starting at 10:00 am. Events include the 100 fly, 400 IM, 200 freestyle, and 400 medley relay.
