ERIE, Pa. - The Gannon athletics department in conjunction with the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Network has announced an agreement with Stretch Internet that will provide fans the opportunity to watch over 60 home events during the fall and winter sports seasons free of charge.

In all, 66 Gannon athletics home events are tentatively scheduled to be streamed with additional spring events expected to be added once those schedules are completed. Viewers will be able to watch the live webcasts via their computer or any portable device, including smartphones and tablets. Fans will be able to watch all scheduled streaming events live in HD and also be able to access those same games "On-Demand" after the conclusion of each event.

"This venture is something we have been trying to piece together for years at Gannon," said Assistant Director of Athletics for Media Relations Dan Teliski. "We are extremely excited to be able to provide yet another outlet for our fans, alumni and families to connect to Gannon Athletics. The ability to watch our student-athletes anywhere in the world through a quality video product on any device is an unbelievable thought. The administration made this a priority and we are excited to get it accomplished."

A list of scheduled webcasts can be found through the Gannon Athletics portal at https://portal.stretchinternet.com/gannon. The schedule will also include any road contests that will be streamed by the home team through Stretch Internet.

Gannon's streaming initiative will be in conjunction with the newly-created PSAC Network powered by Stretch Internet. In 2017-18, every PSAC basketball game and every non-conference contest hosted by a PSAC school will be streamed live. Football and women's volleyball will be added to the PSAC Network in 2018-19. Any stream by a PSAC school will be available through the PSAC Network at https://portal.stretchinternet.com/psac.

Live gameday statistics will be available for the majority of Gannon home events again in 2017-18, as well as live audio for selected games. Links for all live coverage can be found by navigating to www.gannonsports.com and finding the respective schedule page for the sport you wish to follow. Links of available live coverage will be provided on each schedule entry.
