The Short Story – The Gannon women's swim team fell to NCAA Division I Canisius College, 117-88, Saturday afternoon at the Carneval Athletic Pavilion Pool. Prior to the start of the meet, the team honored the four Lady Knights swimmers.

Click HereHOW IT HAPPENED:- Emily Nottingham got the ball rolling for Gannon, claiming her fourth first place finish in the 50-yard freestyle and her seventh Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC)-qualifying standard time.
- Finishing shortly behind Nottingham was Morgan Lydicwho earned her fourth conference qualifying time in the event.
- Abby Wu swam only her second PSAC time of 2:18.15 in the 200-yard IM, earning her first, first place finish in the medley.
- Madeline Summers followed suit, taking home first place in the 100-yard Butterfly with a PSAC qualifying time of 1:01.00
- Nottingham and Courteney Hubert took first and third place finishes in the 100-yard freestyle with conference times of .54.66 and .55.38.
- Gabrielle Borza took home second with a conference qualifying time of  1:10.91 in the 100-yard Breaststroke.
- The squad of Wu, Hubert, Nottingham and Lydic took first in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:40.47
