ERIE, Pa. - The Gannon University baseball team hosts Clarion Saturday, March 28, for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) doubleheader at 1 p.m. The two teams will also square off Friday, March 27, in a doubleheader at Clarion.

The Golden Knights come in with a 2-19 record this season. Kolten Hoffman (West Middlesex, Pa./West Middlesex) is Gannon's top hitter, batting .379 this season. He has a team-high two home runs and 14 runs batted in. 

Clarion is 6-13 in 2009. They are riding a three-game win streak coming into the weekend series. The Golden Eagles took the final contest of their four-game set with California (Pa.) last weekend, and then swept Point Park in a doubleheader March 23.
