Poling, a fifth-year guard from Defiance, Oh., has been a stabilizing force off the bench since returning from a 12-game absence to begin the season. In addition to solid defense and occasional ball handling duties, she totaled three steals and no turnovers in a season-high 18 minutes in last Saturday's 68-41 win over Mercyhurst. In eight games this season Poling has accrued 24 assists and turned the ball over just four times.
