Senior Drago Marjanovic (Belgrade, Serbia/North Allegheny (Pa.)) earned MVP honors at the Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Western Region Championships over the weekend, as the Gannon University men’s water polo team claimed the championship for the second time in three years. Marjanovic scored eight goals and assisted on nine others throughout both games over the weekend and was also named to the All-Tournament First Team. Drago and the rest of the Knights now look forward to the Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference Championships at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. on November 20-21.
