Taylor Lewis scored a pair of goals in the team’s only match of the week, a 4-1 victory at Clarion. Lewis has tallied five goals this season, increasing her Golden Knights career total to 40—which is third on the all-time list, just six behind Mani Brieckner (2012-2015.)
She has also moved into third-place all-time for total points (97) and is sixth all-time in assists (17.) The women’s soccer team has a tough week ahead, including a game against one of the best teams in the PSAC West: Slippery Rock (7-1-1 overall, 6-1 PSAC) on Wednesday followed by Pitt-Johnstown (3-7 overall, 2-6 PSAC) on Saturday.
