Cricks fired off a complete-game, two-hit shutout against No. 8 Mercyhurst last Sunday at McConnell Family Stadium. The junior righthander took a perfect game into the fifth inning and a no-hitter into the seventh. He struck out 10 and walked only two batters. It was Crick's second consecutive start without allowing a run. He also pitched a scoreless inning of relief against Lake Erie during the Golden Knights' previous game. Cricks improved to 4-1 on the season and lowered his earned run average to a 3.88 mark.
