II Atlantic Regional for the second time … was 93rd in the PSAC Championships with a time of 26:14.9 for the 6K race, then knocked over two minutes off that time two weeks later in the Atlantic Regional (23:50.9) … was 19th at the Race at the Park (18:26.0 – 4K).
2022: Ran in all eight races for the Golden Knights … came in sixth at the Fredonia State Invitational in the opening meet, posting a time of 17:40.09 over the 4K course … was 22nd at the Ed Winrow Invitational with a personal-best in the 6K of 24:47.4 … placed 88th at the PSAC Championships (25:40.3 – 6K) but posted a strong finish at the NCAA Div. II Atlantic Regional … knocked almost two minutes off her time at 23:59.1, good for 58
th place.
2021: Ran in two races, placing tenth in the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational with a time of 21:57 over the 5K course, along with 48th in the Bill Lennox Invite ... had a time of 27:40 for the 6K race … earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
At Rider: Member of the cross country and track & field teams at Rider in 2020-21, although the 2020 cross country season was canceled due to COVID-19 … competed in three events in track & field in the spring of 2021 … finished 28th in the 1,500-meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 5:18.33 … also competed in the 1,500-meters at the Monmouth Spring Invitational and the Rider 5-way … named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Academic Honor Roll.
High School: Was named the West Seneca Bee 2019-20 Female Athlete of the Year after excelling in cross country and track & field along with playing travel hockey while attending West Seneca West High School … a three-time New York state qualifier in cross country … was an ECIC I First Team all-star as a senior thanks to a fifth-place showing at the ECIC Championships … after that was second in the Class A race at the Section VI Championships to earning a spot at the state championships and earned honorable mention All-WNY all-star status … was the recipient of the Class A Sportsmanship Award at the state championships … played for the Cazenovia 19U Lady Chiefs squad in travel hockey.
