McKendree will wrestle at 165 this season after splitting time between the 157 and 165 last season … is a three-time national qualifier … enters the 2010-11 season tied for ninth on Gannon’s all-time pins list and 12th on the all-time victories list.

2009-10: Was a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … earned Academic All-America second-team honors … competed at 157 and 165 … second on the team in total victories (27) and dual victories (9) … finished third at the National Catholic Invitational after pinning opponents from John Carroll and Seton Hill … took third place at the Ashland Open with a 3-1 mark … pinned three opponents at the East Stroudsburg Open en route to a fifth place finish … took fifth at the PSAC Championship … was a perfect 3-0 at the National Duals … earned a pin in Gannon’s 18-16 win over Nebraska-Kearney … recorded wins in five straight dual meets … finished fifth at the NCAA Division II East Region Championship. 

2008-09: Redshirted … was a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … went 4-4 while wrestling unattached … posted a 2-2 mark at the Buffalo Open … compiled a 2-2 record at the Ashland Open.

2007-08: Was Gannon’s top wrestler at 149 … tied for third on the team in victories (24) … named to the Academic All-America second team … earned All-America honors at the NCAA Division II National Championships, finishing seventh in the 149-pound bracket … defeated Augustana’s Mike Long 8-3 in the seventh-place match, finishing 3-2 at the national championships … opened the season with a fifth-place finish at the University of Buffalo Open, going 4-2 with a pin … finished second at the National Catholic Invitational and third at the Midwest Classic … posted a victory against NCAA Division I Wagner … placed third at the NCAA Division II East Regional, qualifying for his second consecutive trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships … was 4-1 with two pins at the regional.

2006-07: Was one of two Golden Knights to reach the 20-win plateau ... went 21-7 with two pins as a true freshman at 157 ... advanced to the national championships with a second-place finish at the NCAA East Regionals ... earned first career dual victory against Thiel ... led Gannon in dual victories (6) ... captured the 157-pound championship at the Ashland Open with a 4-0 record ... finished third at the National Catholic Invitational and sixth at the Ohio Northern Invitational.

High School: Wrestled for head coach Chuck Tursky at Kiski Area (Pa.) High School ... was a four-time section champion and two-time WCCA champion ... finished fourth at the state championships ... owned a 131-32 career record.
