Expected to compete in backstroke and freestyle events … is also a member of the Gannon water polo team.
2010-11: Recorded a PSAC-qualifying time in the 100-yard backstroke (56.33) during the Mid-Season Invitational … finished third in the 100-yard freestyle (50.12) against NCAA Division I Canisius … helped relay teams record top-three finishes four times … was part of gold-medal relay performances in the 200-yard freestyle (1:29.47) against Fredonia State and the 400-yard freestyle (3:16.65) against NCAA Division I Canisius … secured a silver medal in the 200-yard medley (1:41.45) and a third-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle (1:30.46) against Penn State Behrend.
High School: Swam for head coach Neil Postas at Cathedral Prep (Pa.) High School … earned All-America honors in swimming three times … was a four-time District 10 qualifier … captured three District 10 championships … was a three-time state medalist … earned 11 District 10 medals … swam with the 400-yard freestyle relay team that broke school and District 10 records … finished second at the 2008 PIAA State Championship with a 400-yard freestyle relay time of three minutes and 7.54 seconds … was a two-sport athlete, lettering four times in swimming and three times in water polo … named to the All-State third team in water polo as a senior … selected Cathedral Prep’s Offensive Water Polo Player of the Year during his final season … was a member of the National Honor Society.
