2024: Appeared in five games with one start … went 3-for-7 at the plate for a .429 batting average with a run and an RBI … had on double, that coming at Walsh (4/30/24) … had pinch hit single to drive in a run vs. Grand Valley State (2/25/24).

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sports standout at Hickory High School and was the 2022 Athlete of the Year … was the first athlete in District 10 history to start on football, baseball, and basketball teams that won a D-10 championship in one year … played baseball for head coach Chris Manzo … was a three-year starter for the Hornets with a career batting average of .433 and .510 OBP with 59 RBIs … finished with seven doubles, three triples and seven home runs … Hickory finished with a 15-3 record in 2022 and won the District 10 championship … was a two-time first team All-District 10 selection at first base and was a finalist for the northwestern Pa. player of the year … was a three-year starter in football, helping the Hornets to a 7-4 finish as a senior … had 81 tackles, 7 sacks and a fumble recovery in 2022 ,,, earned first team All-State honors as a defensive end and was a three-time All-Region selection at defensive end/offensive line … also a first team All-District 10 choice at defensive end … played basketball for four years and was a two-year letter winner … averaged 12 ppg. and 7 rpg. as a senior to help Hickory to 16-9 finish … earned All-Region honors … played on two District 10 championship teams and a PIAA state runner-up team … in the classroom was a member of National Honor Society and a three-time high honor roll student.

PERSONAL: Business major … son of Traci Valentino … father Jay Fazzone played football and baseball at Baldwin Wallace and grandfather Joe Valentino played football at Allegheny and was inducted into the Allegheny Football Hall of Fame.
