ERIE, Pa. — New events and shifted times for men's soccer, women's soccer, women's water polo and softball make up the latest schedule updates from Gannon Athletics.
Men's soccer's games against Mercyhurst Saturday will now start earlier at McConnell Family Stadium. The first team will kick off at 3 p.m., with the developmental team at 5:15. Both games will feature a live stream.
Women's water polo saw an adjustment to its weekend schedule at Penn State Behrend. The Golden Knights will still take on the Lions Saturday at 5 p.m., and added a game against Austin College that night at 8. Their games scheduled for Sunday against Grove City and Behrend have been canceled.
Softball picked up an exhibition doubleheader against Jamestown CC on Sunday, taking on the Jayhawks at noon at McConnell Family Stadium. Both games will feature a live stream.
And finally Sunday, women's soccer added a game against Slippery Rock, hosting the Rock for a 7 p.m. start at McConnell Family Stadium. This game will also feature a live stream and live statistics. Women's soccer's games on Thursday, March 25 and Thursday, April 8 against Penn State Behrend are now exhibitions.
Beginning Saturday, March 20 and running weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) through Sunday, April 25, each Gannon student-athlete participating in the day's contests will be permitted two family members or members or their immediate pod to attend home events at Gannon University.
