Miller, Snyder, Taraska Win Twice As Gannon Women Clipped By John Carroll

The Short Story: Brittany Miller (Cleveland, Ohio/Saint Joseph Academy) won both diving events, and Zoe Snyder (Girard, Pa./Girard) and Silvija Taraska (Wickliffe, Ohio/Lake Catholic) each picked up a pair of event wins as the Gannon women's swimming and diving team fell in a dual meet against John Carroll Saturday evening.

EVENT NOTES

Miller topped three JCU divers in the 1-meter, then won the 3-meter in her first action of the season on the higher board.
Snyder won by nearly a second in the 50 free, then led off a near-five-second win in the 400 free relay to close it out for the Knights.
S. Taraska was the anchor on the winning relay, and had a nearly two-second winning margin in the 100 free.

Gannon has another double-dip weekend, heading to Edinboro Friday night to kick things off.
