SERIES HISTORY
  • All-Time Series: Gannon leads Mansfield 8-0 and Bloomsburg 8-3
  • Last meeting: 2018-19 – Gannon 77, Mansfield 62
                                                     Gannon 41, Bloomsburg 56
  • Recap: Gannon played both the Mountaineers and the Huskies last season. Chelsea Rourke (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) led the Knights past Mansfield with 13 points, seven boards, and four blocks. They suffered a loss to Bloomsburg with none of Gannon's returners scoring double-figures.
  • 2019-20 Preview: Gannon takes a two game road trip before the holiday break to take on Mansfield and Bloomsburg for some PSAC action. The Knights are coming off a win over Wheeling on their home court. They're looking to pick up another pair of wins before the break. Mansfield has struggled to find their groove this season and are on a six game losing streak. With the bulk of conference play ahead of them, the Mountaineers look to swing their momentum before the New Year. Bloomsburg has won its last two games over Pitt-Johnstown and Jefferson. The Huskies need two wins this weekend to enter the New Year .500 in PSAC play.

SCOUTING GANNON
  • Rourke led Gannon vs. Wheeling earlier this week posting several career-highs. She poured in 25 points to beat her previous high of 22 points. She also connected on 10-of-13 field goals. Her 10 field goals made surpassed her former high of eight. Rourke also led the Gannon to a season-high 10 blocks. She tallied a career-high six in the action.
  • Rourke's career-high 25 points led her past the 1,000 career-point mark. In the first quarter, Rourke knocked down a three-pointer to be the 29th player in program history to record at least 1,000 career points. She currently sits at 27th all-time with 1,018 points.
  • Tori Obenrader's (Fryburg, Pa./North Clarion) double-figure scoring streak may have come to an end vs. Wheeling, but she still leads the Knights and ranks ninth in the PSAC with 18.4 points per game. She grabbed a game-high eight boards vs. Wheeling and ranks third in the PSAC with 8.1 rpg.
  • Doing her job as a point guard, Boston McKinney (Bolivar, Ohio/Tuscarawas Valley) has had no trouble tallying assists on the year. She dished out another game-high seven assists vs. Wheeling. This marked the fifth time this season McKinney recorded at least five assists in a game. She is averaging 4.7 apg, which ranks seventh in the league.
