2023: Competed in six races, leading the Golden Knights across the finish line four times along with second in the other two races … earned All-PSAC honors for the third times thanks to a 13th-place showing, good for first All-PSAC accolades for the second straight year … covered the 6K course in a time of 23:49.2 … earned All-Region recognition in the NCAA Div. II Atlantic Regional, coming in 20th … her time of 21:53.2 was a person-best for a 6K course … came in second to teammate Emma Steele at the Race at the Park (16:32.1 – 4K).
2022: Earned All-PSAC honors for the second time, moving up to the first team after earning second-team honors the previous year … finished 14th overall, covering the 6K course in a time of 23:07.2 … competed in all eight of Gannon’s races … was the first Golden Knight across the finish line in six of the races and second in the other two … posted her top showing at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, placing 26
th to fall one spot shy of All-Region accolades … finished as the individual champion in the season-opening Fredonia State Invitational with a time of 16:01.45 (4K) and also won the Race in the Park with a time of 20:30.1 (5K) … came in 13
th against a strong field at the Div. II/Div. III Challenge (25:15.40 – 6K) ... was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2022-23 Academic All-District Women’s Track and Field/Cross Country Team.
2021: Emerged as one of Gannon’s top runners while competing in every race but the first one of the season … earned second team All-PSAC honors with a 22nd place showing, the second Golden Knight to cross the finish line … covered the 6K course in a time of 24:01.12 … followed that up with a strong showing at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, recording her best 6K time at 22:50.0 … that was good for 36th place, the third Gannon runner across the line … was sixth in the Bill Lennox Invitational (23.38) and second in the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational (19:23) … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors for the second time, and was a PSAC Scholar-Athlete for the third time.
2020: Competed in all three events during a shortened season that was moved to the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19 … brought home fifth place in the Gannon Invitational with a time of 21:29.0 (5K) … just missed earning All-PSAC honors, finishing 31st in the PSAC Championships with a time of 19:48.0 (5K) … earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors and was also a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
2019: Ran in all seven meets and was part of Gannon’s top group of runners as a freshman … was the second Golden Knights across the finish line at the PSAC Championships, finishing 47th with a time of 24:14.6 over the 6K layout … followed that up with a 48th-place showing, third for Gannon, at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, taking a minute off her time at the PSAC Championships at (23:10.7) … came in 10th at the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational (20:06.6 (5K) … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic accolades and was named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
High School: Competed at Orchard Park High School for head coach David Wert, competing in both cross country and track & field … was the Key Award recipient as MVP as a junior and senior … was the Section VI Sportsmanship Award recipient in 2018 … earned ECIC second team honors in cross country in 2016 and 2017 … twice named the section VI Runner of the Week … in cross country posted PRs of 18:42 (3 mile) and 19:38 (5k) … in track & field had PRs of 5:05 in 1500m and 7:47 in 2000m steeplechase … member of National Honor Society and National Spanish Honor Society along with National Merit Commended Scholar.
Personal: Physician Assistant major … daughter of Susan and David O’Rourke … has two sisters (Erin and Jill) ... Jill is a runner at Geneseo College.
