Buckner has the ability to compete at any of the three guard positions. The junior returns to the court in 2008-09 after almost a full year of rehab following a season-ending injury during the 2007 Porreco Cup.
The Louisville, Ky., native is a skilled offensive player with the ability to score off the dribble. Buckner also has a smooth shooting touch and can be unstoppable when he is in the zone.
