2024: Corti capped off his Golden Knight career with another strong season in 2024, earning multiple postseason honors while providing leadership and stability on the back line… He was named to the PSAC West First Team and earned All-Atlantic Region First Team honors… Additionally, Corti was recognized as the Gannon University Senior Male Athlete of the Year…Corti is now a four-time First Team All-PSAC West selection, joining Robbie Bennett as the only players in program history to receive All-PSAC honors four times…A key leader for the Golden Knights, Corti appeared in and started all 20 matches, controlling play in the defensive third while also contributing offensively…He finished the season with one goal and two assists…Corti and Pau Ferrer teamed up to lead a strong Gannon defense that allowed just 19 goals while recording 10 shutouts, limiting opponents to fewer than nine shots per game… Season highlights for Corti included two shots against West Chester on November 15, one shot on goal in that same match, a goal scored at West Chester on October 12, an assist at Lock Haven on November 2, and a season-high 97 minutes played in the NCAA Tournament match against Franklin Pierce on November 24…Corti’s veteran presence and consistent play were instrumental in Gannon’s successful 2024 campaign, which concluded with an overall record of 14-4-3 and an appearance in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
2023: Earned to the All-PSAC West first team for the third straight year … also a three-time D2CCA All-Atlantic Region selection after earning first team accolades for the second time … played in and started 20 matches contributing two assists … true value comes on defense where he is a stopper on the back end … helped Gannon’s defense limit opponents to 20 total goals and an average of 11.7 shots per game with seven shutouts.
2022: Started in all 20 matches for a team-high total of 1,720 minutes ... Finished the season with two goals, four assists, eight points, and 22 shots (eight on goal) ... Helped guide the defense to six shutout victories ... Netted first collegiate goal vs Pitt.-Johnstown (9/28/22) in a dominating 5-0 win ... Fired a season-high three shots and dished out an assist (fourth career) in 7-1 win over Cal U (10/1/22) ... Named PSAC West All-Conference First Team, D2CCA All-Atlantic Region Second Team, and a three-time PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week on 9/5/22, 9/26/22, and 10/17/22.
